Paperwork and "Support" are useless. App doesn't allow you enter a password or tell you what's the correct format. Support says, even though it was their product, they weren't able to help verify the correct format. A simple question, no matter who since it was in their paperwork, could answer as "SUPPORT"! What a joke...

I bought the adjustable base I did BECAUSE it was meant to work with an app, and I know that with a very active small child in the house, the safety of remotes is sometimes dicey. However, I cannot - and I suspect you, dear reader, cannot - use the app. This is because it requires you to start an account with a password, and then doesn't tell you the format the password needs to be in - just repeatedly tells you you're using the wrong one and to try again. No support appears to be available.

my new adjustable bed came with a defective remote. the customer support folks suggested using the phone app instead of the physical remote. they suggested this app. it installed and launched but the setup required me to press buttons on my remote - ON MY DEFECTIVE REMOTE (??!!). Useless.
