I bought the adjustable base I did BECAUSE it was meant to work with an app, and I know that with a very active small child in the house, the safety of remotes is sometimes dicey. However, I cannot - and I suspect you, dear reader, cannot - use the app. This is because it requires you to start an account with a password, and then doesn't tell you the format the password needs to be in - just repeatedly tells you you're using the wrong one and to try again. No support appears to be available.

Paperwork and "Support" are useless. App doesn't allow you enter a password or tell you what's the correct format. Support says, even though it was their product, they weren't able to help verify the correct format. A simple question, no matter who since it was in their paperwork, could answer as "SUPPORT"! What a joke...

Seriously why have us create a login and password for an app that doesn't remember that our bed is Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Every time you load the app you have to go through the process all over again. Definitely going to be looking for a different company the next time I purchase any kind of bed equipment. Extremely disappointing
