Trying to like the app but I can't add a previous (Jet2) booking, I can't find the car I just hired (lynk&co 01) and I can't filter plug in hybrid (only). Which is a shame, I have a %15 discount I'm happy to apply to my October booking but will likely end up with another company I've used before... Shame, the app looks great. Ps. This is a review of the App, not the company's wider service (which is pretty good)!

used ok for a number of years and loyalty accounts for nothing. used points for breakdown cover and both Murcia and Alicante desks wouldn't issue it just trying hard sell tactics trying to scare you into buying it and insurance. Alicante had a 2 hour wait to be served for us. both desks were rude so shopping around next time

Card detail autofill doesn't work. Choosing the country code is horrendous because you only see the flag icons no country name. If you accidentally click one of the menu buttons the booking in progress is lost. The app feels like it's made to be snappy rather than functional.
