This app is nothing short of a scam. I must've been stupid to deposit money here in this wallet. The funds don't work anywhere. Not on any merchant platform and neither on their own Ola cabs platform. I select Ola money to pay for my Ola rides while booking, and after the ride, they always ask me to pay in cash. Every! Time! And when I try to close my account to withdraw all my funds back, it just gets stuck on the infinity loading screen. I think I must file a legal complaint.

I have opted for the refund process they have taken almost from Apr 8 and still it's not cleared. I don't know the meaning of 3 working days for clearance they generally give in multiple mails. I think they have good and strong customer service team.

First of all I keep getting logged out of this App every day. Recently I started getting the error "Accounts Exceeded" - Your device has been used to login to , too many devices. I sent a mail to Ola Money Support. Mail Chain went on for 25 days. They gave me the same typical solution 20 times i.e to re-install the App. Despite telling these Bastards that solution is not working, they have not been able to provide a proper solution. I have stopped using the app permanently as I can't login.
