Really don't like the new UI. It makes no sense having the panic/emergency button as part of the navigation menu at the bottom especially if it doesn't stand out visually. I have to really focus on each menu button now to prevent me accidentally clicking on it. This was an issue before but at least it was not on the same visual level and was red.

Terrible!! I am occasionally able to arm remotely but then cannot turn it off. The app doesn't respond. UPDATE: I reached out via email and whilst it took a bit of time, Olarm got back to me informing me of some changes that had been made to our system. It has worked for the last 2 weeks. I also discovered that if I tried to access the alarm remotely, it is best to use internet from a service provider, in this case Vodacom, not the wifi where you are staying.

Used to be a good App, but since the recent updates, some functionality doesn't work... The main issue is that I have to log in everyday. I have tried with, and without biometrics. I have tried logging in with my Google account, but that process failed (App froze when clicking LINK ACCOUNT) I complained a few months ago, & you replied that this was due to multiple updates, but the problem persists... A bit more bug testing will go a long way...!

Summary
Fixes for signup issues caused by duplicate phone numbers, restored the missing NPS feedback buttons. We also added a reload button for stuck screens due to poor connectivity.
