Only gripe is that when sending a signal it isn't snappy. I still gave 5 stars. It's probably a limitation that has always had their attention and will probably keep improving. The customer service is good. Below is my previous review which was followed by a software update and a response from developer. Previous review: "I'd rate the app a lot better if it didn't recently stop working unless I log out and log in again. Not something I am willing to do as a step to get into my house"

Terrible!! I am occasionally able to arm remotely but then cannot turn it off. The app doesn't respond. UPDATE: I reached out via email and whilst it took a bit of time, Olarm got back to me informing me of some changes that had been made to our system. It has worked for the last 2 weeks. I also discovered that if I tried to access the alarm remotely, it is best to use internet from a service provider, in this case Vodacom, not the wifi where you are staying.

Terrible app since the last upgrade. Try as I might, there is simply no connecting to either of our alarm systems. An app that is forced on us by alarm companies, but lets us down when we need it most. If any SA alarm companies are reading this - GET ANOTHER APP, this one will get someone killed.
