Olarm integration is fantastic. I love being able to control my alarm from my phone and instantly see which zones have been triggered when the alarm goes off. One feature I'd really appreciate is a dark theme (or automatic night mode). Having to open the app in the middle of the night to disarm the alarm so I can take my dog outside means I'm hit with a very bright screen, which is quite jarring. The bright light disrupts my night vision and makes it difficult to get back to sleep

In order for the app to work I have to open it (nothing loads) click log out, close the app, then reopen it, type in my details to log in.. EVERY TIME! I told them months ago, I gave them a chance to fix it but now I can only go back on my Olarm recommendations. My alarm was going off this morning and I had to spend 2 minutes logging out and logging in. While I was potentially being broken into.

I received a notification a few days ago saying I've been removed from the system. Went to the app to login and my device has been removed. I go through the whole process of adding the device again but some of my zones are missing, all the names have been erased and there's no clear instruction of how to restore it? Very frustrating! The app experience declines with every update.
