I received a notification a few days ago saying I've been removed from the system. Went to the app to login and my device has been removed. I go through the whole process of adding the device again but some of my zones are missing, all the names have been erased and there's no clear instruction of how to restore it? Very frustrating! The app experience declines with every update.

I can't connect to the system from my phone. the system is working but I can't connect. very frustrating. only 1 day later and oh wow ! what great service from Olarm . The help desk was very prompt in helping me. My problem was sorted so quickly. I'm impressed with the service.

Terrible!! I am occasionally able to arm remotely but then cannot turn it off. The app doesn't respond. UPDATE: I reached out via email and whilst it took a bit of time, Olarm got back to me informing me of some changes that had been made to our system. It has worked for the last 2 weeks. I also discovered that if I tried to access the alarm remotely, it is best to use internet from a service provider, in this case Vodacom, not the wifi where you are staying.
