The app has improved since it no longer freezes while I'm half way through the newspaper. App works well. I only wish I could go back to some previous issues. The app only stores about 1 month of newspapers.

Scammer tried to hack my phone through this Times Herald App today about 1pm. Message was a threat. Said press button to get your service back. Message said I was shut down for using "adult" websites. I know of this scam so I just closed my phone and deleted the Olean Times Herald app which I had uploaded from Google Play Store yesterday, 9/1/2026. Perhaps this is a phony app. If not, Google needs to up their security protocols.

I am really enjoying the new online app. It is easy to use and I find myself reading more articles in depth.
