Bought 4 and all 4 were useless from day one, poor quality sound, failure to charge, hard to turn on, cuts in and out all the time, falls out of your ear at a drop of a hat, sound fades in and out and volume control has no effect. I cannot think of one thing that worked as advertised, on all 4 , since the day they (finally) arrived. Totally useless in every way

At first, I was annoyed with it. Then I kept reading and trying to adjust it to my needs. Then I used it for short periods of time. Now, I am at the point of using it outside. I am hoping it will be helpful.

why on earth can't I type my birthdate?!?! I instead have to hit the back button 300+ times to get the calendar to scroll back far enough. BS
