Hello COCCO Support Team, I am facing an issue in the app. I am unable to set up my profile and also cannot complete the verification process. Whenever I try to proceed, it keeps showing "Loading, please wait" for a very long time and nothing happens. Because of this problem, I am not able to use the app properly. Please check this issue and help me resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you.

The app is beautiful and wonderful. However, the main Chinese management team needs to carefully consider how to select qualified administrators. Some administrators don't deserve their positions at all because they don't meet the requirements. The main app management team is very good.

Poor support experience. I did not make any purchase in this app, yet I was removed from the customer service room when asking about a technical issue. The support staff mentioned an unrelated refund from another app, which has nothing to do with this app. Very unprofessional behavior.
