Ratings and reviews

Tab out and it completely dumps your cart? There are too many usability issues here to list. What a disaster. I really wish it would give you an accurate estimate of readiness, I'm pretty sure it doesn't even start the order until you arrive, wasting everyone's time. Either that or the estimate is sometimes off by 40 minutes. I ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to wait 45 minutes. Get it together.

The UI is not intuitive at all and requires too many button pushes just to add to your cart (3-5) when it should be 1-2. Usability is very poor. It also kept prompting me to login when I was already logged in. I planned to order while we were on the way there but I ended up just ordering at the drive-thru.

There were several times when I went to use the old app, that the server would be down and I'd be unable to collect or redeem points. I was excited about the updated app, but they left off the ability to attach a debit/credit card so we're able to pay with the app. Huge downside, in my opinion. We really loved being able to scan and go for rewards, as well as payment.

We’ve made paying even easier!

You can now Scan to Pay — just scan a QR code to complete payments quickly and securely. Even better, you can redeem a reward at the same time.

As always, we’ve made performance improvements and squashed a few bugs to keep everything running smoothly.
