Ratings and reviews

There were several times when I went to use the old app, that the server would be down and I'd be unable to collect or redeem points. I was excited about the updated app, but they left off the ability to attach a debit/credit card so we're able to pay with the app. Huge downside, in my opinion. We really loved being able to scan and go for rewards, as well as payment.

Not very user friendly when ordering. I'm pretty tech savvy and this app drove me nuts trying to navigate the menu and place an order. When trying to redeem a birthday offer for a free shake it kept telling me I already redeemed it but didn't show as being applied to my total on order. Had to ask manager inside (who had no clue how to fix either btw). Just not an easy app to use. Pretty frustrating actually.

Overall the idea is great, the execution could be better. For example, let say you forgot your phone or even just to scan your phone, you miss out on points, you should be able to scan your receipt to earn the points you should have gotten if you would have remembered or scanned your phone. I also think the point system could me tweaked a bit but I understand why it is the way it is.
