Not a good app. When you make an order, it sends you an email for you to press that "you are here" and indicate your parking number. I waited 30 minutes after I followed those directions before I finally called the store and they said they "didn't know" there was a curbside order and that the app does not let them know that someone is there. So what was the point of the email and indicating what parking number I was in?

Horrible app...states I have a birthday reward in email but not in the app for me to redeem it. And was told that's the only way to redeem it, very slow...and not user friendly. Sucks because the food is amazing. Would place more if the app was easier.

Bug: Arithmetic bug on website checkout when doing a split payment with a gift card. I don't know if this same logic is also in the mobile app. Was found Thanksgiving weekend, so likely still live unless update has been pushed. Bug: Free chicken sandwich reward returns error message when you're trying to redeem in app for a chicken sandwich. Can I get my points back, please?
