I used to absolutely love this app, I almost never had a problem with it. But since this "new and improved" version was released to feature the new rewards program, it has been inoperable. I've had to go inside to place my orders. This totally defeats the option of convenience, which I really relish when I'm on my way home after a long work day. Please, please, please fix this soon. (Side note: it'd be great to have the option for a digital account to keep funds in the app. just a suggestion)

9/09/26 app update: * can order ingredients on the side but can't skip them entirely even if you're allergic 🤬 * still can't order ahead to eat in 🤬 WAS: 1) bugs! App changes parts of my order when I try to reorder saved favorites. 😡 2) feature: Need way to indicate eating outside & would like the food brought out on plates. If you order at the counter, you can tell them you're waiting outside. In the app, whether you put curbside or takeout, you have to go in. Frustrating!

The app is completely unusable for ordering. I've signed up for an account, used it in the past, no issues. Now however, there's an old card I deleted from the account but I can't add a new one. every time I try to add a card, it says successful. I have no cards saved and it continues this process over and over again. I will not be ordering from this restaurant as long as I cannot use their app. I have cleared the cache of the app, cleared the data, uninstalled.
