Love the restaurant but the app is awful. It's super difficult to place an order. If the time periods are full for certain stores you don't know until you try and place the order, only to be left placing the order over and over again until you either get a time slot, or give up because the next time slot is hours away. Also I recently placed an order that said 37 minutes when I was paying, as soon as I hit pay it updated to one hour! The app seriously needs an overhaul and redevelopment.

restaurant used to be great. app/online ordering is terrible. only choices for sides are either the one that automatically comes with the item or no side! for sandwiches you can opt not to have a topping or some things you can get on side, no other choices. no comment box for any other notes. restaurant won't accept call in orders. used to be one of our fav places, guess we'll no longer be eating here

This app has a very frustrating flaw. If you check ASAP you will frequently get the notice that they cannot handle any more orders ASAP. "Please click 'later time' and select a later time." And that's where the guess work begins and you have to keep going back and trying new times. Here's an idea… why don't I pick ASAP and you tell me what that time will be and if that's 20 minutes from now or 2 hours from now I can choose to accept or decline that time. Boom. You're welcome.
