Sometimes the app will allow you to get an order placed in under 10 minutes, but that's on a good day. Most of the time the app is so slow that it can take 20 - 30 minutes to get an order in, especially if you are getting multiple pizzas or customizing one. Every screen responds really slow, and by the time you get to the part to enter your payment it's at a crawl. It then makes it almost impossible to get all of the information in. It really needs an update with bug fixes and improvements.

This app is the SLOWEST ever! Each click takes at least 3-5 seconds before the next thing. By the end, it wouldn't let me close out of the discount code window. I had to close out of the app, and when I went back in, my order was gone. At least 5-10 minutes wasted. Went to the website and had it reordered and paid with discount code in 1-2 minutes. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this app being so slow either. I'll stick to the website from now on!

I hate how slow this app is. I fight through it because I feel like it's the only way to use coupons, but I wish it would get an update to improve speed. I timed it the last time I used it and it take about 28 second to load each time I select something, and there's no indicator that it's loading either so your just waiting in hopes that is loading your selection.God forbid you accidentally make a wrong selection & have to go back. I spend about 25 min trying to place a simple papa's perfect.
