Gave 1 star for the app, not the food. You cannot add points after ordering. Looking back through other comments, this has been an issue for a long time but never got fixed. So SCAN BEFORE YOU PAY in store. They even entered a wrong phone number the other day when I ordered in store, and of course, I was not able to get the points back. It was just annoying if you are a frequent eater and forgetting things like scanning often like me. The food is great though.

Good app, could be better. I know the company is young and in it's infancy, however the app does not deliver the same quality as the food! Would love to see a loyalty program as well as a better UI experience as the app grows along with the locations available. Keep up the great job, do us all proud! If any career opportunities open within the SC mobile marketing department, let me know!

Good app until it kept saying I cant use a credit card at X location. Idk if some system is down but I have before numerous times. Either way because of this I ordered lunch from elsewhere since I couldn't from here. Edit: It works again but there's a but where it doesn't let me use my card if I make an order then go backwards to change something. idk why but I'd presume somethings getting messed up which in a decorator pattern probably shouldn't even be worry about until completely finalized
