They've been saying verification in progress for my profile foto for one week now, no chat and nothing at all

Nice app but they need to improve on the online and offline people, you can't tell who's on or off

If there was a lesser star, I would have chosen it. I can't believe I just subcribed to the 3 months plan and my account hasn't been updated. I can't even make a cal or view numbers to call. Kindly fix this problem or better refund me cause I'm not getting any value for what I paid for. Only a Google reciept I can say I have gotten. My review will definitely change when I get the value I paid for.
