Ratings and reviews

So many things are wrong with this operator. Regarding the app, the finding location feature is useless. There's no way of narrowing by your location, you have to zoom out and look around, and most of the locations don't give any further details on availability. Most locations close to me report their operating hours are from 1:00 AM. I would settle if the app could do a decent job at offering real time info on its deposit locations.

I used to be able to open the app to see how the machines are near me (if they're full or not). Just about a month ago 4 machines that are normally "on" through the app that are closest to me, have all disappeared for whatever reason. I used to like olyns but now idk if I can even trust them anymore to be consistent. Most of the time, when its operating hours the machines are full and other times I can't find the closest machine on the app even though I know of them nearby.

App works fine but machines are rarely available, they sit full for days. At least the app lets you know that on the map; but only during operating hours, which I found odd for an automated system. So using Olyns is a waste of personal time and of space on your phone. Until they find a more efficient way to empty machines, this is not worth it.
