About this app

The ACS module of Saúde Simples is a system for use by Community Health Agents (ACS) to record activities and production in the territory.

This application allows the replacement of paper forms, used by Community Health Agents, with electronic forms filled out on tablets.

The application works online and offline, and among other features, the following stand out:

● Individual Registration, Household Registration, Home Visit, and other frequently used forms;

● Sending registered forms when connected to the internet;

● Obtaining coordinates for geolocation of patients;

● Statistical data analysis.

What’s new

- Corrigida a ordenação da listagem de domicílios pelo número do domicílio.
- Ajustada a atribuição do complemento do endereço.
- Adicionados novos Códigos Brasileiros de Ocupações (CBOs) ao sistema.
- Corrigida a regra de exibição da pergunta sobre responsável pela criança no cadastro individual.
- O motivo "Pessoa Idosa" agora é exibido apenas para indivíduos com 60 anos ou mais.
- Corrigidos demais motivos de visita que dependem da faixa etária do cidadão.
