This app is great for getting in touch with experienced doctors located remotely. Specially when you just want a second opinion of an expert to make sure you are following the right prescriptions and procedures. Having used it myself a few times. Good call quality and easy messaging. Very helpful.

Very disappointing experience. Missed the doctor's appointment because of bad technical structure of SeekMed. Had made an appointment and paid for it. Sent the payment proof via WhatsApp to SeekMed. Still showed "not paid" in the appointment details. Just before appointment time i frantically tried to reach SeekMed but either phones were switch off or no reply. The least I,as a customer, expect is proper consultation with the doctor especially when it is for serious illness in our case.
