The app has a glitch........ after a couple of times of using it, there is an "access denied" error. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not always work. Instead, go to Settings > Apps > TNePDS > Storage > clear data and clear cache. The app should work normally. The issue is that it will repeat itself, and you need to do it over again.

App access denied for a long time. I am trying to login a month ago to till date. access denied. why ? still issue. government not able to rectify and clear this ? even in Ration shops they are facing issues. Why is the network so bad. TNEPDS ?? worst . please fix it soon

I am facing login issue since mid Aug'26. Error reads as "Access Denied" & some times " No connection" . Some times Captcha doesn't appear. Tried clearing chache reinstalling, but still not working.
