The app has a glitch........ after a couple of times of using it, there is an "access denied" error. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not always work. Instead, go to Settings > Apps > TNePDS > Storage > clear data and clear cache. The app should work normally. The issue is that it will repeat itself, and you need to do it over again.

Dear dev team, currently under entitlements, individual entitlements are show. Some items like rice and wheat have a shared limit. Even if wheat is available, if the limit of rice is exhausted then wheat cannot be purchased. Please handle this in the ui effectively. Currently it shows as if wheat can be purchased even if full entitlement of rice has been purchased and this causes a lot of confusion as to why ration shop is not able to give full entitlement of rice and wheat.

It is frustrating when a government app fails after an update. Instead of a generic "Access Denied" error, the developers should provide clear communication regarding maintenance or downtime. This lack of transparency and system stability represents a significant failure in user experience. Data security is another main concern when these kind of team is maintaining software.
