App works usually but not always, phone line usually doesn't work, someone calls and it doesnt come in live, it rings for them, nothing for you and 2 of 3 times you will see a missed call. Calls always cut off at 30 minutes for no reason, customer support is awful and the reps are rude. Cancelled.

The new version claims to make direct contact dialing easy and seemless, while in fact the option to intercept calls is now gone. Direct dialing leads to an expensive international call. it seems that recent new versions introduced more defects rather than better quality or new features. I contacted customer service, they appear to have no knowledge about the App. they promised to put me in touch with the technical people, never heard back though. As it is now, it is useless to me.

It's a great price but is not working every time someone calls, there customer service is pretty bad and difficult to reach. ( the customer service person I spoke to was very rude and pushy he promised someone will call me shortly but no one called me, when I try to reach them through what's up they said they will call me but same there no one called.) The price I've got is great but after a while they changed it with no notification.
