Welcome to Mano Telia app - the easiest way to manage your Telia services and pay the bills with ease. With this all-in-one app, you’ll be able to get instant access to the information you need, when you need it:

• Pay your bill: never miss another payment. You can easily view and pay your bills within seconds directly in the app. A pop-up will appear on the Overview screen once your bill is ready.

• Check mobile usage and limits: stay updated with your mobile data, minutes, and SMS usage on the Overview screen. All real-time details on total and remaining usage will appear as soon as you open the app.

• Oversee your home services: get all the details about your internet, landline, and TV services at a glance.

• Access your previous bills: view your invoice and payment history with just a few taps. You can also easily download invoices.

• Login securely: use face or fingerprint recognition, or a PIN code, to easily access the app.

• Customise your experience: switch between the Lithuanian and English languages, and toggle between dark and light modes within the app.

Ratings and reviews

After last update constantly crashes on start, if lucky - on successful login. App became unusable at all. Btw, why all those animations? I'd prefer at least basic functionality instead of flashiness.

For the second month in a row I'm having trouble paying the bill via the app. The app used to work fine until probably last month. Last month it kept saying there were temporary technical difficulties while trying to log in. The temporary lasted a couple of weeks. Ended up using a website. Today the log in is fixed. But it says there's temporary technical issues when issuing a payment. When you try to contact support it takes forever.

Overall a good app and reliable service, but it really needs the ability to manage spending limits directly in the app. Having to call customer service support just to change a limit feels outdated.

Displaying reason and period for temporary disconnection of mobile services
Displaying mobile service subscription status when it has been locked for multiple reasons
