Everything is in Lithuanian, so I had to use Google Translate the whole time. Wouldn't let me type my info, had to paste. Wouldn't top off. Tried on the app,, my laptop, and on the mobile browser. None of them worked. I'm ready to put the expensive sim back in. That one was 50 Euros a month for 20 GB, and 20 Euros for each additional 10 GB. Expensive, but better than this useless sim.

It's the worst. I purchased a plan for use in Europe, but the data didn't work the moment I arrived in Poland. The agent kept telling me to call the technical team, but I was traveling alone, and international calls were blocked. After that, the counselor was not even connected. The worst experience.

The app has really improved for the last year or two. From poor interface and no English translation it turned to user friendly and foregners inclusive solution. The service plans have also developed and improved. Thank you, Ežys Team!
