About this app

Welcome to the On Bike Share App. Download this App if your apartment/townhome community, corporate campus or college launched a bike share program and instructed you to use this App.

The On Bike Share App is used to register for a bike share program operated by your property or campus. Once approved into the bike share program, you can use the App to unlock/rent the bikes. It will use your phone's Bluetooth to communicate with the bikes, and record your rentals.

In order to use this App, you must be 18+ years old, and you will be required to provide your name, email address, and phone number. The operator of your program may also require you to provide credit card information. You will also be required to accept the waiver.

To use this App you will need Bluetooth and Location services turned on.

Note that we do not track your location, collect information about your riders or destinations, or share any data about your or your ride history with anyone.

doesn't fine the bikes at all. yes I followed all the prompts. reset the app. reset the phone. was right beside all four bikes. reset Bluetooth. made sure Bluetooth wasn't connected to nothing and even turned off wifi and only used cellular data. still couldn't find the bikes. wish our complex used a better app.

while I initially had trouble due to an issue pertaining to the android OS which did not allow me to select a location, that issue has now been solved and the support team is truly wonderful. they responded within minutes of my email requesting assistance and were able to get the issue fixed in just a day. to anyone still having trouble with this, the solution for me was to uninstall and reinstall the app once more now that they have updated it. hope this helps!

A completely useless app. It won't send me a message to confirm my phone number to even get past the first page to even TRY to sign up. There's no link to get help or try different verification and nothing on their website to direct you on where to get help. It'd be easier to steal a bike than try and work with this app
