About this app

OncoDiary is a cancer support app designed for people living with cancer, survivors, those in remission, and the family members and caregivers who walk beside them.

A cancer diagnosis changes everyday life. There are symptoms to remember, medications to take, appointments to prepare for, meals to plan, and questions you don't want to forget. Some days feel manageable. Others feel overwhelming.

OncoDiary brings those pieces together in one calm place, helping patients and caregivers stay connected, organized, and supported throughout the cancer journey.

PATIENTS AND CAREGIVERS, TOGETHER

Cancer care is rarely a journey taken alone. Invite trusted family members or caregivers into your private Care Plan and choose exactly what to share.

Share reminders, symptoms, appointments, grocery lists, messages, and support requests while keeping personal reflections private. When someone asks, "How can I help?", OncoDiary helps turn care into action.

TRACK YOUR HEALTH
Keep a daily record of symptoms, treatment side effects, pain, energy, sleep, mood, hydration, food, movement, temperature, and personal reflections.

You can also track weight and body changes, including hair loss, swelling, skin and nail changes, scars, and other treatment-related changes. Looking back over time can help you recognize patterns and prepare for conversations with your healthcare team.

Your Care Rhythm Score reflects your daily check-ins and wellbeing habits. It is designed for personal support and reflection—not medical use.

NUTRITION & EVERYDAY SUPPORT
Treatment can affect appetite, taste, and energy. Track meals, calories, protein, hydration, and weight in one place. Save favorite meals, follow your nutrition over time, and create grocery lists that can be shared with caregivers and family members.

Create reminders for medications, appointments, hydration, nutrition, rest, treatment preparation, and everyday care tasks, helping you stay organized one day at a time.

DOCTOR VISITS
Save symptoms, treatment experiences, medication concerns, side effects, and questions as they happen. Bring clearer notes to appointments and feel more prepared when speaking with your doctor, nurse, or oncology team.

LEARN, REFLECT & FEEL SUPPORTED
Support isn't only about keeping track of symptoms.

Explore a growing collection of Journals with thoughtful articles, practical guidance, and emotional support for different stages of the cancer journey. You'll also find breathing exercises, soothing sounds, reflection activities, educational content, and gentle food and symptom guidance designed to support difficult days.

Included with OncoDiary is *Through the Storm* by Dr. Ellie Urban, an oncology psychologist with more than 15 years of experience supporting people affected by cancer. Written for patients, caregivers, and families, it offers compassionate guidance, reassurance, and hope throughout the journey.

"A must-read for cancer patients, caregivers, and close friends." - Gayle M.

"Informative, compassionate, and filled with understanding." - Richard R.

**HEALTH CONNECT**
When available, OncoDiary can connect with Health Connect on Android to include step activity as part of your daily care rhythm.

PRIVACY
You control what is shared. Private reflections remain private, and caregivers only see the information and permissions you choose to share.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
OncoDiary supports care organization, communication, nutrition tracking, reflection, and wellbeing. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or clinical decision support. The Care Rhythm Score is intended for personal support and reflection only and is not designed to diagnose, monitor, predict, or treat any medical condition. Always follow the guidance of your doctor, oncology team, or healthcare provider. If symptoms are urgent, severe, or concerning, seek medical attention immediately.
