About this app

You can estimate your 1RM based on the weight and reps you usually train with.

In addition to the basic 1RM calculation based on the Brzycki formula, this calculator also supports more detailed and accurate 1RM estimates for squat, bench press, and deadlift using NSCA-based formulas.

It also supports 1RM calculation for exercises that require bodyweight to be included, such as weighted pull-ups.
