Earlier, I faced a lot of issues with delayed technician visits and poor customer service. However, a technician was finally assigned on 3rd July, and all the problems were resolved on 4th July. I appreciate the support team for eventually resolving the issue. Service could definitely be faster, but I'm satisfied with the resolution now.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with OneAssist. I had hoped to receive professional support and timely service, but unfortunately, this was far from the case. From the beginning, the process was slow, confusing, and lacked proper communication. I gave my TV for repair to a one assist service because the sound had stopped working. While they fixed the audio issue, after getting it back, I noticed the TV has become very slow in performance. Apps take longer to open, and overall responsiveness has dropped significantly. I'm disappointed with the repair service and feel that something might have been changed or damaged during the repair process. I wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience.
