I've been using the OneAssist app for a few months now, and it has been a game-changer for managing my device protection and other services. Very bad support on this application also not given any solution from this app and unable to direct connect with the support concern person also not having any option in IVR to directly connect with the support agent. Thanks for support for resolving problems now my issue has been resolved by escalation team of one assist. Ome more thing, After a lot of hard work I found this solution, it was not as easy as I thought because regarding this I had to communicate through mail, Because we are Stil

Tried calling customer care to activate the plan as app wasn't showing my purchased plan.. I had to speak with agent in 12 different calls, just to give her entire details about the plan and to get my queries answered. Really disappointed with the system and network they have kept for the Customer Support.. Though I am glad the agent was so good and called me back so many times.. I am just hoping One Assist can improve their telephone connection, so that customer can have better experience..
