I'm extremely dissatisfied with the Assist application's customer service. I recently submitted a claim, but unfortunately, it was rejected without proper explanation or support. Despite reaching out to their team, I received no assistance or guidance throughout the process. The lack of transparency and communication made the experience frustrating and disappointing. I expected more empathy and help from customer service team.

Claim approved within 24 hours. The service was brilliant. The application needs more options to be added. But still, it does the job. Kindly add an option to connect the call to the support person directly. I am unable to get the call option. Only the chat option is available. It showed a phone number. I need to copy-paste it and dailled it external. Which is not user-friendly. But overall experience was best 👌

Was a good service last year. This year, the service sucks. Can't process the simple requests in weeks. I requested a repair service last week, and it is still not resolved. They are only rescheduling it. The technician wouldn't take the calls and goes on leave without informing the office. The customer support and supervisors are clueless. If you call customer care, they won't pick, and if they do, it's like fish market. If there was an option for negative stars, I'd definitely use that.
