This official companion application is exclusively developed for the F24H smart health band. Powered by stable Bluetooth technology, it supports fast device pairing and automatic data sync. You can record, view and analyze all your daily physical metrics within one app, making it an indispensable daily tool for activity tracking, sleep monitoring and routine management.
Once paired successfully, all health data captured by the band will sync to your phone automatically. If you work out or sleep without your phone nearby, all records will resume syncing once your phone is back within Bluetooth range, so no health data will be lost.
The band tracks your heart rate continuously and syncs readings to the app. It automatically flags abnormal high or low heart rate ranges to remind you to watch your cardiovascular health. Additionally, you can take one-tap blood oxygen readings before bed or after exercise. All measurement logs are saved securely in the cloud to build your private personal health archive.
Sleep monitoring is our core feature. To address user feedback about inaccurate bedtime and wake time detection, we have upgraded our intelligent recognition algorithm. It evaluates sleep status comprehensively by combining wrist motion sensor data and 24-hour continuous heart rate tracking. If you run into issues such as delayed sync or inaccurate tracking, you can submit feedback via the built-in online customer service portal. Our technical team will keep refining the product experience based on user input.
