I made a deposit into my account, I got the notification that it has entered but it's not reflecting in my account since 28th of May, their customer service is the poorest I have ever encountered, it's just as if they don't have one, have sent multiple mails as well and none of them has been responded to I tried call via the number they provided but Everytime it will say no agent available to answer and my airtime keeps wasting. be careful of using this app guys my experience with them is awful

The onedosh app is broken. New users can't sign up. I have been trying for days now but it kept showing error while creating user. I tried the app support but it wasn't helpful. The team need to fix it as soon as possible else they risk loosing potential users which is not good for them.

This is the most terrible bank i have ever experienced, i made a deposit on 27th of last month which was marked successful on my Sender's report, and it was showing pending on OneDosh till yesterday and now i want to send it from the app cause i have no interest in the app again, it showing Failed transaction. Anyways it was a small amount if not i would have reported your Company to the right authorities ( which i will still do because you been listed here is bad and fraudulent)
