OneESP Training gives employees one private place to complete required and optional workplace learning, follow assigned learning paths, resume courses, review due dates, and access earned credentials. Training administrators can publish courses, manage assignments, monitor completion, and maintain auditable learning evidence. Access is provisioned by the employer through OneESP HR; there is no public registration.

Training now opens inside Azura Workforce. This compatibility update removes the duplicate sign-in, push registration, and standalone application shell.
