this is the worst App to use and recharge light, WiFi, water or pay any bills. they are not reliable and slow or rather never respond to customers complain. could you imagine I recharged on the 3rd May 2026, carefully insert the token number, the meter shows me accepted but light didn't come to.my home. I complained but no respond. today again being 10th May. I recharged again and carefully press the token number on the meter and it read accepted but light didn't come in my home & no respond

Very useful App. I used to pay using the machines available in the mall. Now it is easier and direct from my mobile. One note that you should enter the consumer No. For water bill. I tried many time with the account no. And it doesn't work. For electricity it is correct you enter your account number and it will saved. Thanks and please correct this small change for water

I’m unable to complete the payment. It keeps showing a payment for one case when I try to pay through the Judiciary Council. Could you please check and advise?
