I've been using these for a while now. The app shows it's not connecting. The earbuds are working and it clearly shows they're connected on the Bluetooth but the app can't connect to it and therefore it won't update either. Luckily I had my settings before the app crashed and others seem to be having the same problem. So I'm able to use them since the buds were programmed and the firmware was updated but I can't do anything through the app at all because it won't connect.

Useful app for the headphone, let's you see the remaining battery life for each earbud, as well as the case. Eq function and selectable levels of noise canceling, and enabling the low latancy mode. However I'm giving it 2 stars because you can not close the app once open unless you force stop it from the app list. This is both an annoyance, a battery drain, and is a shady practice for the app to constantly run unless forced to stop.

Ear buds are some of the best in the business but the app is absolute garbage . It launches and tries to find the earbuds but keeps saying it cant connect. If lucky enough for it to open and connect it will be gone if you leave the app. Then it's very glitchy and keeps popping up even after I've closed the app and removed it from the ram . Hopefully they fix this . And they also need to add an eq in the app
