About this app

OnePlan keeps your work moving when you're away from your desk. As the mobile companion to the OnePlan work management platform, it lets you see what's due, update your tasks, log your time, request time off and keep up with conversations on the go.

A OnePlan account provided by your organization is required. Sign in with the same account you use for OnePlan on the web.

HOME
• See work that is overdue, due this week or due this month
• Mark tasks complete with a single tap
• Review insights that highlight what needs your attention

MY WORK
• Browse the tasks assigned to you across your plans
• Sort and filter by plan, due date and status
• Update status, progress, dates and the other fields your organization lets you edit
• Open a task's comments and join the discussion

TIMESHEET
• Move between timesheet periods and see your total hours
• Enter hours per day in a weekly grid, with notes and charge details
• Add time against your plans and tasks
• Submit timesheets for approval, recall them when needed and remove lines you no longer need

TIME OFF
• Request time off by category, date range and hours per day
• Track whether each request is requested, approved or rejected

CONVERSATIONS
• Follow the comment threads you're part of
• Reply to comments and keep discussions moving

NOTIFICATIONS
• See unread and all notifications in one place
• Open a notification for full details, or mark everything as read

MORE
• Switch between the OnePlan groups you belong to
• Choose the OnePlan region that hosts your organization
• Your sign-in is stored securely on your device
