The app did everything I wanted in a photo program... until about a year ago. Over the last two years it's been getting incrementally slower. It used to be manageable, but now the app grinds to a halt and almost freezes a few seconds after launching it. I really hope they will fix this, but after this long it's probably in vain.

I don't know what's wrong with this thing but it's got photos and videos I've already uploaded being displayed. When I click on them it asks to download them and it's not putting them in order correctly. And there's no setting to fix it. It did an update about a week ago and since then it's been act weird. On my old phone it was randomly deleting files that I could never get back. And because it's a default program I can't delete it or access it's system files. Any solutions?

Unable to select several photos at once, have to select and perform action individually. Creating custom albums isn't available in it's settings, not everything is a story. I would LOVE to find a gallery like LG's phones, K20 Plus had a sensible layout and settings were perfect for creating dozens of albums and you could arrange, move pics to other albums, select multiple pics together for chosen option, edit, crop, set as, upload, print, share, etc., everything I needed to do was there & easy
