Unable to purchase anything. Once click on check out it wants to verify phone number even though Im signed in. 1st verification fails, 2nd verification succeeds. But then it stays on phone number verification page and no option to proceed further. This is happening for an year now almost. Removed and reinstall app several times, no resolution. I wanted to buy a TV, a Phone and a powerbank. I had to purchase the phone and power bank from Amazon and decided not to the TV anymore. Poor app design.

Very bad experience with one plus pro buds earphone. I've waited more than 1 hr at service center, but they failed to replace the product. Problem was battery issue. More than 15 members in my family use one plus products, phones, etc, very disappointed. My friend got replaced Sony & senheisser headset within minutes and here because of this am never going to recommend anyone OnePlus again 🙏🙏🙏

Most accessories are out of stock. One year after a new variant, all the related accessories are removed from the store. I gave my OnePlus 5T for repair via home pickup by bluedart agent. 8 days have gone . No update from OnePlus yet regarding receipt of my phone or repair. They ask me to wait. Poor experience. Oneplus can be better than this.
