I had a Oneplus 15 bonus drop gift but while ordering I couldn't apply the coupon. The delivery was fast .I made a complain but they said they will be delivering the gift manually. I aslo requested a call multiple times from the team working on the case but no intrest , no updates and no response at all from the team. They have been saying that my case is on high priority but I cannot see that .Although the products are really good but I feel that the costumer service is a let down.

too complicated to navigate and understand the deals. the brand across it's product line makes the offers so complex to understand let alone apply. Also more than providing products one plus seems to prioritise exclusivity and creating a "fear of missing out" . a strategy which is not a sign of credibility. One cant find essential accessories after very short windows, offers are not for facilitating sales or a desire to buy but fuel a fear of missing out. careful of such brands and concepts

Even though this is the official website of OnePlus, they do not assure timely delivery of services especially in India. I was supposed to get my new phone delivered but they keep on delaying without informing the reason for the delay and use an unreliable postal service for delivery. It is better to reach out to Amazon or offline sellers.
