I am extremely disappointed with the service regarding my order. I placed an order for a phone case for my OP-15 on 23 April 2026, with an expected delivery date of 27 April, later revised to 29 April, but I still have not received it. There has been no communication from your side; no call, message, or email—yet the status is falsely marked as “Undelivered – Consignee Not Available,” even though no delivery attempt was made. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

OnePlus Store App is a great app, nowadays good products are not available from other sites or anywhere else, most of them are duplicates, often people gets fooled. So if you want good and genuine products directly from the company and that too with discounts, offers and at right value then it would be right to use this app.

I always had worst experience with OnePlus. Initially I had one plus 9R which i purchased for around 40k n within 1 year there was a line issue so they give me token of rs 20k n asked me to purchase a new phone because even after changing the display line issue still exists. So then I put more 38k to upgrade it to one plus 11 n in that year I met with an accident which damaged the back. Now again there's a line issue and I have to pay 51k for repairing it. It's not even the cost of that phone.
