Very useful in general. However, the back touch on my Note 3 does not close the app. It just stays on until I push the home button. Other than that the recommendations about the parking area codes can be improved. Sometimes I get recommendations that are far away from where I am.
Forget the last comment .. that was really an unusual occasion. I use Yellowbrick all the time and can recommend it as the convenient way to settle street parking costs. One thing I would like is if the app could detect when you have moved say 500 metres from your parking place, and ask if it should close the transaction. There are occasions when I have forgotten to close, and ended up paying for a night rather than a 30 minute pickup of a takeaway ... my own stupidity I know, but the app could so easily do that ... and then it would be almost perfect. ==== Ignore the old comment below ==== Last night i was stuck in a parking place and the software reporting no connection to the server. All other software was running fine so it not a connectivity issue at my end. Still the same today testing from home on both wifi and mobile. Until now i would have been happy to give a 4 or even 5 start reading but now ... Bah!
Very convinient app when you are parking your car and don't want to walk around looking for a ticket machine. Especially when it's raining. But don't forgot to close your ticket in the app else you will run up your bill!
Got signed up through the ABN-AMRO credited offer, so costs are reasonable. App works also on slow data connection and offers a lot of convenience getting more money into the coffers of the government (in addition to BPM, road tax, fuel excise and VAT).
Absolute crap Paying 10 euros for absolutely nothing. Please don't install this. Just pay for parking the normal way.
Why change notification icon? Since last update the notification icon when parking changed from a yellowbrick logo to an alarm bells? Why was that? It's a lot more unclear that this is related to yellowbrick
