About this app

Onplana Tasks is the mobile companion for Onplana, the AI-native project management platform. It puts the work assigned to you, and the AI agents working alongside you, one tap away.

Sign in with your existing Onplana account to get started. You will need an Onplana workspace to use this app.

What you can do:

- My tasks. See everything assigned to you, grouped by when it is due: Overdue, Today, This week, and Later. Complete a task with a tap, set priorities and due dates, and add subtasks.

- Quick add. Capture a task in seconds so nothing slips.

- Agents. See what your AI agents are working on, hand work to them, and follow their progress.

- Issues. Log a bug or a blocker the moment you hit it, and attach a screenshot.

- Ideas. Jot down an idea before it is gone, and turn it into real work later.

- Inbox. Stay on top of mentions and updates, and get a gentle reminder for what is due today.

- Works offline. Tick things off even without a connection; your changes sync when you are back online.

Onplana Tasks is built to be fast and quiet: it shows you your work, lets you act on it, and gets out of the way.
