The ONSCREEN Senior Care platform makes it easy for seniors to receive video calls from family through their TV or tablets, without having to deal with any technology headaches. Your loved ones receives an "Incoming Call" notification, and 30 seconds later they are connected. It's that easy!

For "ONSCREEN Joy" tablet app users: This app lets you invite other family members, make calls, send text messages, set up routines, and much more. Use this app on your smartphone devices.

For TV users (ONSCREEN Moment device): This app allows you to set up a new ONSCREEN device, place and receive video calls with your loved ones. Setting up is very simple, just going through a few screens and providing the Wifi information in order to connect the device to the internet. Once the device is set up, you're able to place a test call. Finally, you can invite other family members, ensuring that everyone stays connected.

Some of the great functionality provided in this app is:

- Have video calls with your loved one on their TV or tablet, with the "ONSCREEN Joy" app.
- Configure daily routines, such as reminders or Joy check-ins
- Invite other "Favorites" to be able to reach your loved one easily
- Control their TV (if they use the ONSCREEN Moment device)
- Send them photos that are added to their Family Slideshow
- Register them for classes and online events.

Ratings and reviews

The app's functionality once set up is great. Easy to call others via app (though it's not widely used yet) and as long as you don't mind typing on zoom codes, not bad for zoom. I hope they add more services like WhatsApp in the future. Setup on an Android device stopped working. I don't blame the app. In the last month or so, I've had several apps just stop working. I don't blame the developers for this. I think it's the endless hardware/software combos you get with Android. Bye bye Goog

Great way to keep in touch with my mother with dementia. Joy helps keep an eye on her with her A I conversations and help. my mother no longer can figure out a simple remote but we can call her vis video calls to keep in touch plus see what's happening with her. it has also allowed us to interact/communicate with care facility staff at times. Great support service! fair pricing. better than a cell phone re cost and ease of use, many benefits/extras

This product is awesome! My family is able to connect easily with one another right from our cozy couch. I am so glad that someone finally came out with a simple video call product without a membership or subscription. Thank you Onscreen TV!

Fixed the Pinch to Zoom during video calls. Also did work for admins.
