I purchased the base plan to get the 2.2.3 update. I was originally going to get all of the following updates as well. I followed the directions and was told an update would occur on 9/2 between midnight and 5am. No update occurred, so I'm glad I'm only out $500 and not the $1,700+ I was initially going to spend. I seem to have a functional 4g connection, but without the update, it's worthless to me. Would not recommend.

Happy to get new app update to 1.3.1, but the share key feature is really hidden. you have to click around in the picture of the car. something tells me they didn't mean for the car to show how it is. I have checked both IOS and android versions as I have 2 phones and they both have the same issue. the screenshot above is of my android. the only reason I saw where to click to share is because on my iphone before the car picture loaded I saw a brief glimpse of the share icon so I just clicked

After upgrading my OV Loop to version 2.2.3 I’ve noticed a huge drop in performance. The brake system, especially the generative brake, has become much less effective and is not nearly as aggressive as it used to be. When I put the car in hybrid mode, the overall performance is also noticeably lower than before the update. Additionally, the mileage has dropped previously, a full 100% charge showed 430 miles, now 340 miles! *The app has been significantly improved, therefore 1 extra start 👌
