Ratings and reviews

All the shops they Advertise don't use their services. I've used this app a few times first as it was recommended by Allstate and then they stopped featuring them and now i see why. The quotes they provide aren't always vetted by the shops they're claiming to reference or contact. Additionally, these shops don't all take the "code" they provide for payment. 2 stars for actually being somewhat responsive by phone and the few smaller shops that actually do use them but you'll overpay.

One error after the next. I am unable to cancel service requests when I thought I was justting quotes. I didn't know I was requesting service. I tried withdrawing request and it says my reason for withdrawal is I valid. Absolutely ridiculous. If your going to do something like this why don't you make sure the app actually works before you start having us download it.

Do not use this app! The prices are way off! And they won't even give you a refund if the shop ends up charging you way more. (And I'm talking way more, like I was charged almost $300 more than the original quote) This app is a huge scam. And the customer service is absolutely horrendous. Save yourself the headache and just do not use Openbay.
