From an Android, OpenTable customers can stay connected to their restaurant from anywhere. The Owner app lets you check cover trends and stats, make and edit reservations, receive VIP push notifications, and more.

completely useless on Android. they possibly have a deal with Apple... or just have lazy programmers. but the app is vi were best its Apple version

It almost never loads the guest list, which makes it useless. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times which helps for a few minutes, then goes back to not working.

When I first started working with them, they promised me at least ten bookings per week. In four weeks, I had around ten bookings. It never gave me notifications when there were bookings, and so people would come in and say they had booked, but I didn't know they had. When I spoke to a representative in Bristol, he referred me to customer service, and the call cost me around £60 and the issue has not been solved. They charge too much money for doing nothing at all. I don't recommend this app.
