Received this as a gift so was very disappointed when I started having problems. Smart wake up kept re-setting itself (I prefer it turned off) and sleep was not recorded accurately (which makes me wonder how accurate steps/bpm are)Went through many emails with customer support and eventually sent it back for them to check. Got a watch returned, not sure if it's reconditioned or new, but I'm still having the same problem. Not impressed at all.

It's helpful, and I've had the heart monitor compared to medical devices, and it's quite accurate. Downside, set a watch face, and it just randomly changes to something else after a couple of hours. Same with wellbeing settings they regularly just stop so any data is lost.

Pretty useless really. Phone keeps disconnecting from the App. Worked OK when I got it at Christmas. But of late not alot of use. No Whatsapp messages appearing on phone any more. Set it up to go for walk, it records the time but only records 0.01 of a mile regardless of how far I walk. The App says GPS signal is good. Total rubbish
