ClearTurn runs the cleanings between guests at your short-term rental, for the owner and for the cleaners. Free.

FOR OWNERS
• Connect your property management system (Hostex, Guesty, Hospitable, OwnerRez and others) or your Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com calendars, and every checkout becomes a cleaning
• Every cleaning with its photos, checklist, notes and any problems
• Reminders for what matters at each house, plus one-off or repeating special to-dos
• Messages, maintenance reports and damage reports in one place, with a ready-made damage-claim kit (before and after photos)
• Track what you owe each cleaner and mark payments as paid
• Pop-ups or emails when a cleaning is finished, a cleaner messages you, or something needs attention

FOR CLEANERS
• See every upcoming cleaning, with checkout and check-in times and a heads-up for same-day turnovers
• Special to-dos from the owner for that cleaning, like "unpack the delivery" or "check the shower drain"
• Work through the checklist and take photos of each area, stamped with the date, time and house
• Photos are saved on the phone and send themselves when you have signal again
• Report damage or a repair, with a guided helper that works out what the owner needs to know
• Tap what is running low and it goes on the owner's shopping list
• Log supplies you bought, with a photo of the receipt, to be paid back
• Message the owner, with automatic English–Portuguese translation both ways
• Notifications when a cleaning is booked, moved or cancelled, and a reminder the evening before
• Use the app in English or Brazilian Portuguese

Owners create a free account in the app. Cleaners don't need one: they open the private link their owner sends them.
