About this app

The optimumMe app provides an easy way to view and complete home exercise programs prescribed by an Optimum Care Provider physical therapist or coach. You can view all daily exercises, including detailed explanations and video demos for each. Once completing an exercise, you can rate its difficulty, and tell your provider if you experienced any pain.

My PT says to download this app, like I need another app. So I downloaded the damn thing, and it opens with a log-in screen. There is no, create an account, just a log-in, and did you forget your password? No, I didn't forget my password. This is a brilliant design, and well thought out, I can't wait to use the rest if I can ever get in.

The app crashes frequently, populates exercises wrong, crashes when I try to complete an exercise, in dark mode it doesn't let me mark individual exercises done, in dark mode going back to the config causes the app to crash. Whoever worked on this app should be ashamed and should never work in app development again.

The last update made the app unusable on the moto g stylus 2025. The navigation tabs on the bottom of the screen are in the same location as the virtual navigation buttons for the phone. Thus none of the app's tabs can be accessed.
