The optimumMe app provides an easy way to view and complete home exercise programs prescribed by an Optimum Care Provider physical therapist or coach. You can view all daily exercises, including detailed explanations and video demos for each. Once completing an exercise, you can rate its difficulty, and tell your provider if you experienced any pain.

Fantastic app to get my exercises from my PT! Love the videos that show me how to do exercises and it's been super easy to keep track of my progress!

This app receives one star review because it won't accept my Gmail nor Yahoo account address. Also I tried reinstalling the app several times. Does anyone know how to add a different email account? I tried various ways.

Hello, we are sorry you are running into issues. Your email should be the same email that you provided to your therapist for login. There should have been a signup email to set up your password, but if you have not received it, please contact the support team at support@optimispt.com. They will assist you with any account issues and get you sorted.
