"A passcode to complete the installation has been sent to you" However I didn't even enter an email, username, or phone number so there's no way to get the so called access code. I can't even use the app.

this is terrible! don't use this. I downloaded the app, in order to open needs an access code, says it was sent to me but no information on where the code was sent. I email them to ask where the code was sent..no response!!

this app is trash but I have to use it for work so I guess I am just stuck in this nightmare, using software that makes me hate life. thanks a lot!
