Ratings and reviews

Horrible app. Night orders often take 2+ hours because no drivers are assigned until you complain, leaving you waiting forever. Sometimes food arrives missing items, and when you send proof, customer service ignores it, refuses to believe you, and gives no refund. Delivery people are nice, but the app doesn’t care at all. Even tho they have some good deals but because of all of these problems u can't trust to buy anything using their app again.

Well i couldn't even use the app to begin with, it crashes when trying to choose location manually, and when u turn on localisation (which why am i even forced to do that) i only see a single restaurant which is their partner, any attempt to again choose location manually boom a crash so yeah, customer service replied really fast which is good hence the 2 stars, but app is unusable, and based on what other people are saying apparently a scam and a total joke of a delivery business.

😐 I gave it a try once , in my first order and experience I have ordered from this app and I have been waiting for my order for almost an hour !! after that I had a call from the customer service telling me that the store I ordered from was closed and they will issue me a refund... 💀 like ... huh ? then why u kept telling me my order is being prepared... until this day I have not received a refund nor a voucher ... tozz , hanya wlahta hanya hhhh
