Horrible app. Night orders often take 2+ hours because no drivers are assigned until you complain, leaving you waiting forever. Sometimes food arrives missing items, and when you send proof, customer service ignores it, refuses to believe you, and gives no refund. Delivery people are nice, but the app doesn’t care at all. Even tho they have some good deals but because of all of these problems u can't trust to buy anything using their app again.

very bad, 1h:30 of waiting, and after that they called me to say the delivery guy doesn't find the shop. They accept clients without validating their location. They ruined my night very bad service. I paid with my debit cart and still not received my refund.

Disappointing Delivery Experience! I appreciate the good offers on this app, but unfortunately, my delivery experiences have been very disappointing. My first order took nearly two hours to arrive, although the driver was nice and respectful. Hoping for better this time, I placed a second order, but it was over 40 minutes late again, forcing me to cancel it. I really hope they address these delivery issues.
