It doesn't allow me to access it and make a payment. If there is a zero star I would give it 0. Now I cannot open the app at all and it doesn't say what the error is. For three days it did not allow me to renew my bucket. When I called the agent told me there is a code error. When I finally was able to renew my bucket there was an L.E. 30 missing, from my orange account?!!!

i can not open the software i reinstall even so i can not open the software. i asked the customer service she said from setting, disable the developer options, i could not find it in setting. she could not help any more

A detail for any one had the message: "something webt wrong",The app works when you're turning on the mobile data of the SIM card that already have orange cash wallet only. I have one issue withe app : please make it open with WiFi also because there are homes that doesn't have good signal and this is annoying.
