Worst Phone/Cash app experience ever!!! Compared to Orange's market competitors in Egypt they have drastically failed to develop a reliable mobile app when it comes to the app is seamless experience in Account handling and cash transactions, most of the features in the cash section rarely work, while navigation during usual account management is a headache, so they failed developing an interface that would at least feel easy to use, not an offline grid that doesn't even look that good!

overlall ui and ux are good, but honsetly this company like many other is too bad and irresponsible, live chat agents on whatsapp end conversations before I reply in a few seconds !! Also the app asked me to recharge to subscribe to a specific bundle and after recharging with the required money (which wasn't a small amount) it refused to subscribe, because I'm on a similar one and its time hasn't ended yet. Why didn't the app make this clear from the start? Wasted my money and time.

breaks down all the time, alot of functions not working.. very bad and worst thing is customer service is very hard to reach and they are dependant on the app which not working, i don't know what they are doing but that's bad
