Ratings and reviews

After the latest update, max it, the main purpose of the app became secondary they even hide some of the information like balance details and recharge options to make way for all the other stuff they want to sell to you. Previously the main area had everything you need then after it comes the "subscribe to yango" or "hey we sell electronics" which was fine, now these come first but you want to recharge and know how much money your account have well better start clicking all these submenus.

Worst app design ever award, they make it on purpose super complex that you can't find your subscription details, i don't care about you fake offers nor you scam partnership with other companies nor your overpriced merch and electronics, the user what to directly see their plan, balance consumption and ANY thing related to their account on the front page, no side setting, no 3 setups to get to the actual details of my account just like bank misr app be straight forward so none would call support

your latest update Max it from August & September doesn't let me Renew my internet subscription for Home Wireless packages & also Go, when i go to "Manage" category & i choose to Early Renew, the Loading logo appears for a second then disappears then nothing happens! These features used to work very well before your Max it updates, please fix this or Bring us back the older versions & Don't enforce us to call customer service just to activate features that always worked well in the near past.
