I am a premium customer, I can't see my bill and that has been going on since February- July adding to that I keep calling the customer service, uninstalling and installing the application twice a day,yet still have the same issue, add to that I pay for the complementary Spotify and after several complaints they offered me 9 months coverage instead of 12 ? that's just a rubbish service. they are saying BS all the time and the customer service are the worst

Why i can't switch accounts easly? i have more than one number, so why should i log out and then insert my number and password every time i wanna login to my account, honestly its so bad experience. even when i refresh the home page i see the whole application is reloading again and again, All this, and I haven't even mentioned that the app is severely lacking in features and controls that I can do on my line.

The worst update ever. There is no autofill option and doesn't store the username and password which is very annoying as I have many accounts and ofcourse I won't memorize every username and password!!!
