I am facing a repeated issue with the My Orange application. The app frequently freezes and does not function properly, which prevents me from redeeming my recharge gifts. This is NOT the first time this issue occurs. I have already tried updating the app, restarting my phone, and clearing the app data, but the problem persists. This situation is very frustrating, especially since the application is essential for accessing Orange services and offers. I expect a clear explanation.

The app was very good , but now i can't log in to my account , i have the true password and the number but the message "wrong number or password " appears again and again , i tried to reset the password ,but the same message appears with the new password, so please solve this problem
