Hola, Josep. Si quieres, explica con detalle lo que te ocurre, si aparece algún mensaje de error, los pasos que sigues, en qué fecha y hora aparece, el modelo de tu terminal y la versión del sistema operativo en nuestro WhatsApp en el 653 850 085.
