Maintenance every two minutes. No notifications at all. Don't get me wrong.. It's the easiest eWallet in Jordan, yet they killin' it by not planning updates and bugs fixing well. One more thing to enhance is the search box if it search full list not only a certain category that would make it easier to use. Extra step to decrease users' mistakes caused by miss clicking you can add a Yes or No message to confirm the last step before submitting requests. That's all I noticed.

I used orange money for about a year ran into a lot of problems, first of all my name was written wrong I wanted to fix it they told me that I can't, and sometimes the app doesn't open due to updates and stuff happening with the servers, and yesterday I went to buy something with the card, my cart was worth about 50jd I used my card to purchase but it says that it declined so I tried it again said declined again so I went back home empty handed discovered that 100jd is missing from my wallet

I cannot access my wallet. Why so much effort in accessing the program? Things are supposed to be easy and smooth. I cannot access my wallet. I have contacted the company dozens of times. What is this? Does this wallet make life’s affairs easier or complicate them? What is the story of this company with applications?
