Ratings and reviews

Hilarious as usual nothing works. Login with password, internal error. Login with sms, server error. Login with 4g via sim card, error. For such a large company the software department seems to be made up of interns and students working for free. For once I wish a single orange app works at all for anything. It would be a miracle.

poor app. Starting from the small fonts used on the thumb offers/cards. Font is not readable. menu order is not right. difficult to locate the required service. am coming from Zain experience only coz of good number but experience with the staff in the branch is poor. no attention to customers. no meet nor greet. poor skills. the maxit app experience is ugly. I got one sms to renew (*152#) while using it got don't have balance to use.....

Waaay better than the previous generation of the app. But... You should add the ability to save payment method (Visa/Master Card). Everything I want to recharge or pay bills I'm asked to type my card's info manually 😔.
